From the first time I met Justin Draper in 2013, I knew there was something special about Jada Blitz. Through Justin’s coaching, I have learned a lot about taking ownership and accountability of my nutrition through Flexible Dieting/IIFYM. You can usually find me at Jada Blitz training with Stephanie Szpila or taking advantage of the many classes offered.
I get it. I want a six-pack, but I also want chicken wings!!! Let’s face it, we NEED to eat so why not enjoy the food you love while working towards your goals? With Flexible Dieting/IIFYM it IS possible! Starting next week, I will be sharing some of my favorite macro-friendly recipes with you. You will see dishes like Caprese Stuffed Chicken, inspired by my recent trip to Italy, but I love ALL different cuisines like Asian, American, Mexican & Thai!
In 2010, I won my Figure Pro-Card at the NMA Olympus and learned a lot about my relationship with food during the process. One of my biggest learnings was that a short-term restrictive diet approach was not going to help me see long-term success. As a wife and mom I want provide my family with a variety of macro-friendly meals that everyone can enjoy. TODAY, I am excited to be part of the Jada Blitz family share my love of food with you.
