About Our Instructor
Fitness has always been a part of Kailey’s life and she’s always up for any kind of workout. She’s been practicing yoga for more than seven years now and earlier this year completed her RYT-200 certification, putting in 200 hours of training to become a registered yoga teacher. Kailey began yoga for the physical benefits – sweating in a 90+ degree room while practicing power vinyasa yoga – but what kept her coming back were the benefits she saw at a deeper level. As someone who has trouble slowing down, focusing on breath and staying present during a yoga class started to trickle over into her everyday life. Getting more in tune with yourself during the mind/body practice on and off the mat is what Kailey loves about practicing yoga, and she hopes to share that with others!
