Phil is a certified personal trainer who obtained a bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness with a concentration in Adult Fitness. He specializes in one on one training, strength and conditioning, and weight loss programs. Phil believes in educating each client, practicing proper form, and puts a strong focus on overall safety. He firmly believes the more knowledge a client can absorb from their trainer, the greater the rate of adherence.
Phil developed an interest in the fitness profession at a young age. Through involvement in various sports, he became familiar with weight training and its benefits, which carried over to the athletic field. Eventually, school sports ended and Phil’s passion for fitness grew. He began training for his first bodybuilding competition. Through the help of his Coach and Jadablitz owner, Justin Draper, he went on to win the men’s bodybuilding overall novice class at his first show.
Phil appreciates the chance to be part of a team where he can aid in the satisfaction clients feel when they create goals, work towards them, and finally achieve them. He strongly believes that when a person is willing to give their best effort everyday and push past their comfort zone, no goal is unachievable.
