Ever since I could walk, I participated in various sports because I wanted to try everything. I was successful in competing at the collegiate level in soccer and softball. During my high school years, most high schools in the Binghamton area had strength and conditioning programs for their athletic teams. Since my high school did not, I knew as an 8th grader that if I wanted to make the junior varsity team I had to train on my own. I decided to get my own gym membership and learn how to weight train. It took some time but I was able to increase my strength and gain the confidence to compete. Daily exercise and working with weights allowed me to perform to the best of my ability and understand the sacrifices it takes to reach goals. Since I started working with weights and adopted conditioning exercises, I have developed a strong passion for continued health and fitness.
To pursue my strong passion for fitness, I decided to get certified as a personal trainer. I went through the National Council for Certfied Personal Trainers (NCCPT) and have been training for over a year. As a personal trainer I help individuals reach their goals and encourage them to exceed the limits they set for themselves. With my training, individuals find their true strength and are able to fight through the mental challenges that they face. I love working with individuals who strive to live a healthier and better lifestyle and are ready to crush their goals. Their challenges become my challenges, and I know how to succeed.
