Blitz Cardio & Core
This class incorporates TRX exercises and tabata-style fitness to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. No two classes are the same!
Tabata is designed to get your heart rate up for multiple short periods of time, while performing active recovery exercises throughout while incorporating a mix of calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.
We’ll provide you with a variety of strength training workouts for runners and track running workouts in addition to organizing group distance runs at local parks in our area.
