Rachel is excited to be teaching weekend boot camp classes as part of the Jada Blitz training staff. After graduating from SUNY Geneseo, she worked toward an ISSA personal training certification and was a personal trainer for 3 years. More recently, Rachel has spent time training at Jada Blitz, and found herself motivated and inspired by the staff to become a trainer again and share her love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle with others. She has found that the positive and motivating atmosphere at Jada Blitz can’t be matched and is thrilled to be part of the team.
Rachel has always had a love for fitness, whether it be competitively swimming, training for half marathons, weight training, or participating in various boot camp style classes. She is always striving to set and achieve new goals, and try new workouts to become stronger physically and mentally. Rachel is currently pursuing an additional certification in Sports Nutrition.
Outside of the gym, Rachel keeps busy as a second grade teacher. She finds herself learning new things from her students and colleagues on a daily basis. With training and teaching, there is always something new to learn. She is grateful to have found two careers that she loves!
