De-stress with Jada’s Newest Class Series—Vinyasa Yoga

Have you been yearning to try a yoga class, but just haven’t signed up yet or aren’t sure which style of yoga you’d like the most? Jada is proud to announce its newest class series, Vinyasa Yoga, beginning Wednesday, July 13. Classes will take place on Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. and Sundays from 10 – 11 a.m. led by our newest Jada Blitz instructor, Kailey St. George!

Vinyasa Yoga is a faster-paced style of yoga, which flows from pose to pose. The style incorporates Sun Salutations, strength building postures and continuous movements linked to breath. Vinyasa Yoga is sure to get your heart-rate up and adrenaline moving!

Incorporating yoga into your workout regimen, whether you are a weight lifter or cardio-enthusiast, has a host of physical and mental benefits, including:

  • Increased strength
  • Flexibility
  • Stress-reduction

Some yoga knowledge/experience is recommended for Vinyasa classes, but all poses can be modified depending on the level – from novice to long-time yogi.

“It’s a common misconception that those who are not flexible cannot do yoga, but that is most definitely not the case. If you can’t touch your toes (or perhaps you can’t even reach your knees), don’t let that keep you from checking out a yoga class!” said Kailey.

Kailey’s been practicing Vinyasa yoga for more than seven years now and decided to become a certified instructor to share her love for the practice with others.
