Well, we're now offering our Blitz Body class Sunday morning at 8am. Blitz Body is a great way to add a total body toning workout into your routine, as it encompasses both cardio and weight training circuits!
So if early is what you do, come join us Sunday, April 22nd from 8am-9am and get your sweat on!
And yes, the 9am-10am Blitz Body class will still be held each Sunday morning as well. This class is $10 per class for non-members and free for members.
