Almost 2 years ago I was looking for a new boot camp style class to attend and a friend told me about Stephanie’s boot camp at Jada Blitz. After the first class, I was hooked! The classes were challenging and always different. Then about a year later, I started Personal Training with Stephanie. I did a 12 week challenge that focused on nutrition and fitness goals. I learned so much about counting macro’s and changing the way I ate. The results were amazing both physically and mentally.
What is your favorite body part to train?
Legs!!! I love how I feel the next day when I can barely walk. It makes me feel like I really accomplished a good workout. It’s always tough getting through but feels so good in the end.
What is your go to jam that gets you pumped?
Definitely Nelly radio. Especially at our early morning sessions when I need a little more push.
What is your favorite pre-post workout meal?
My go to post workout meal is a protein shake with frozen fruit, skim milk, and vanilla protein powder. It fills me up and it tastes like a milkshake!
What is one attribute you love about your trainer?
Stephanie truly cares about each client she trains. She is motivating and always pushes me through each challenging workout. A bonus is that she makes the workout’s fun…especially her boot camp classes. Stephanie is everything I could want in a trainer at Jada Blitz.
