Legs. Definitely legs. Because I can push to the extreme.
What is your favorite aspect about your journey at Jada Blitz?
My favorite part of Jada Blitz is the culture. There is a sense of family with Justin, those who train and the trainers.
One attribute that you love about your trainer?
Phil is my primary trainer. My favorite part of training with Phil is that he know my base fitness and psychology and pushes me appropriately.
