My fitness journey with Jada Blitz started about 2 years ago. I know I was ready to start making positive changes and being a healthier lifestyle. I was always apprehensive about going to the gym because I was never an athletic person and I had little knowledge about the equipment or what to do when I was there. I came from working with a trainer whose efforts were inconsistent and the workouts and nutrition were not individualized to meet my needs. When I came to Jada Blitz, I still had little knowledge of weight training, nutrition, and lacked motivation. Soon after I met Justin the owner, my trainer Adam and the rest of the Jada Blitz Team, I began to quickly learn how to make the most of my gym time and that they were ready to work with me to meet my needs. I now look forward to my gym time and coming to Jada Blitz. I feel healthy and strong. Fitness and nutrition is now a lifestyle choice for me.
What is your favorite body part to train and why?
My favorite part to train is chest and back. I like to work these areas to help build upper body strength. I also enjoy Boot Camp Classes, which is a fun way to get my cardio in
What are your go to jams?
When I work out I love listening to anything by Rihanna or Chris Brown
What is your favorite pre-post workout meal?
My favorite pre workout meal is oatmeal with chocolate protein. My post workout meal is a protein shake if I’m on the go or scrambled eggs with some feta cheese.
What is one attribute you love about your trainer?
One attribute I love about Adam is his dedication and passion for healthy living, fitness, and for helping others to achieve their fitness goals. I have been working with Adam for 2 years this February. He has taught me so much about weight training and nutrition. He taught me that making healthy choices needs to be a lifestyle. The “will to win” definitely needs to come from within when your goals are to live healthy. No one can or will do it for you. Adam has taught em that your head needs to be in in the game, and YOU really have to want to make changes. The results will come, but I needed to give 110%. He provides motivation, guidance, and support when I need it as well as sharing his knowledge on nutrition and fitness. With working together for 2 years, he knows me as a person. He knows when to push me harder during workouts and when I need extra motivation. He has really gone out of his way to get to know me as a person. He understands my busy lifestyle as an Assistant Principal, and how I can make sure I am still working on my goals. Getting to work with Adam for 2 years has allowed me to establish a trusting working relationship with him. We even get to laugh a bit during sessions when I trip on equipment or stumble. It is important to be able to have fun too. I look forward to my training sessions each week with Adam. Jada Blitz is very lucky to have him as part of their team.

Someone who is looking for a gym should definitely try Jada Blitz. I have been a client for 2 years. In the process, I have learned so much from having a personal trainer. I have also made a lot of new friends. People greet you there by your first name. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can take classes, workout with a trainer one on one, with a group or just work out on your own. This is important because it meets your comfort level with the gym and working out. You are surrounded by people who value fitness and healthy living. The facility and equipment are always clean and the vibe there is awesome. The music is always pumping and energy is high! You are instantly in a good mood when you walk in the door. Jada Blitz has been my “go to” place when I need to relieve stress, center myself, to have my “me time”. I’m so happy to be part of the Blitz Family!
