This week Jada Blitz recognizes Jeff Herzog as the Client of the Week. Here is a little bit about Jeff’s fitness journey
I started working out 15 years ago, after realizing how unhealthy I had been throughout my high school years. I lost quite a bit of weight the first 2 years, giving me much more energy and determination than I ever had before.
Why did you choose Jada Blitz as your fitness facility?
I chose Jada Blitz as my gym because of referrals from my friends. It’s also close proximity to my house which makes it convenient.
How does your trainer motivate you through a workout?
I train with Phil. Phil motivates me through each workout by keeping me guessing. He comes up with great workouts that are not repetitive. He also teaches me new techniques and exercises. He always pushes for those few extra repetitions, that are tough when you’re working out alone.
What is your favorite body part to train and why?
My favorite body part to train is back. Growing up, I could never even perform 1 pull up. This is now my favorite exercise to do. Thanks to Phil, I’ve learned the correct form.
What is your go to jam during a workout?
I love listening to anything my Eminem when I’m training.
What is your favorite pre-post workout meal?
My favorite post workout meal is chocolate protein with a banana and peanut butter.
What is one attribute you love about your trainer?
The best attribute about Phil is his emphasis on correct form. He takes the time to explain each exercise to ensure I’m doing it correctly and how my body is going to benefit from that.
