Congratulations goes out to Lisa Geraci! Here is a little bit about Lisa’s journey at Jada Blitz.

1.) Describe your fitness journey At Jada Blitz…what set the facility apart from other gyms in the area?
I’ve been working out at Jada Blitz since March 2015. My goal is to lose weight and to be a healthier version of myself. I’ve tried losing weight on my own, but struggled because I lacked motivation. I also didn’t know the proper way to workout or proper nutrition intake. Knowing the health issues I’d be facing if I didn’t do something, I finally made up my mind that I couldn’t continue down the path I was on. My brother had been training at Jada Blitz for about 6 months when he approached me about joining. He spoke very highly of the gym and the trainers. After my first workout with Phil, I knew I made the right choice. What sets Jada Blitz apart from other fitness facilities is you are a part of the ever growing Jada Blitz Family. You’re not just another member lost in the crowd. The atmosphere is very positive which is infectious. Everyone there is very friendly and approachable. Training with Phil and working with Justin on my nutrition is the best thing I have done for myself. I’m amazed at the differences I’m seeing in myself and I couldn’t be happier.

2.) What is your favorite body part to train?
My favorite body part to train is legs. I like training legs because I can push myself harder and I love to challenge myself.

3.) What is your go-to jam that gets you pumped for a workout?
Currently my go to jam is Fight Song by Rachel Platten. The lyrics speak for itself!

4.) What are your favorite pre-post work out meals?
My favorite pre-workout meal is chicken and broccoli
My favorite post-workout meal is brown rice, tomato puree and any kind of low sodium goya beans

5.) What is one attribute you love about your trainer?
I currently train with Phil. Phil has several great attributes. He cares about every facet of how things are going week to week. Phil is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. The attribute I love most about Phil is he knows how to bring the best out in me and motivates me to be better. If I’m struggling, he doesn’t let me get down. He gives me that extra push to help me through it.
