Jessica is the perfect fit to lead our Operation Bootcamp classes, which is designed to be an intense full body workout. These classes focus on building core strength and muscle while improving agility and testing your limits by incorporating military-style techniques.
Jada Blitz has become a huge part of my life and I am so excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the team! I have been taking Boot Camp classes here for over a year and a half, personal training, and learning nutrition with Justin. I love the positive energy and family atmosphere that is evident as soon as you walk in.
There’s no end goal for me…it’s about loving and enjoying every class and every session; it’s the experience I look forward to every single day.
I recently earned my black belt in Kenpo, a style that is street self-defense based. Women’s self-defense in particular is something I am a huge advocate for. I also do boxing to work on my speed, power, and more stress relief! I don’t do easy. “It’s supposed to be hard…that’s what makes it great.” I’ve had to work very hard and stay dedicated to my goals to make the progress that I have had. I train and compete in Ninja Warrior competitions as well. I just can’t get enough!
In the past I’ve taught Cardio Kickboxing, and two days per week I teach Boot Camp for teachers at my school. It is incredibly motivating to see others so excited to exercise and out there encouraging each other. The best part has been having the kids see us sweating and persevering through very challenging workouts. They cheer us on, and have even joined in. Inspiring children is the ultimate reward. Fitness is not only my passion, but it is a lifestyle for me.
I am a special education teacher, and have two children. My daughter has serious medical problems, which makes life unpredictable and very stressful. Being healthy is so important for me so that I am able to take care of her. A few years ago I got sick of being overweight and feeling rundown, so I knew I needed to do something about it. I also learned quickly though, that exercise is the ultimate stress reliever as well. After my workouts, I can think clearer and better handle whatever life throws my way.
I am interested in body weight exercises, cardio, interval training, TRX, and weight lifting as well. I always bring passion, variety, and excitement to my classes! I believe in keeping it unique and exciting, so you never know what to expect! I’ve heard so many times people say that they need someone to push them. That’s just what I love to do – it is amazing when people realize they are capable of so much more than they give themselves credit for. My goal is to help others become motivated, feel the passion, overcome obstacles, sweat puddles, and be here for any support along the way! I’m happy to help you kill it in your workouts, or move in baby steps – whatever your comfort level is, I want to help you reach your goals!
