Amanda Muldoon loves being active, whether by training for a marathon, taking her two pups for a hike, or exploring her bodies’ capabilities through her yoga practice. She has been taking classes for 10 years and teaching for three. Yoga has given her the focus and determination to continue growing on a daily basis through challenging poses and challenging philosophies.
Graduating with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification, Amanda studied the Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Yoga Sutras as written by Patanjali. She’s also reviewed pranayama, the eight limbs of yoga, and several breathing techniques and practices, including Ujjayi Pranayama, Anuloma Pranayama, Bhastrika Pranayama, and Kumbhaka Pranayama. Amanda is well versed in roughly 100 poses, studying and exploring the anatomy of the body in each pose, and contraindications for these poses.
Come join Amanda at Jada Blitz for a powerful hour of stretching, lengthening, and focus.
