Motivational Support

We’re always here via text, phone, email or Skype whenever you need support. You are the one who knows where you need to be. We’re here to help you get there. No matter what your dreams and goals for your personal fitness situation are, we are here to help you achieve them.


When it comes to personal fitness, two parties in this relationship need to be held accountable for the results: you and us. We’ll help you gauge your progress and make any necessary adjustments to the program. We’ll keep you motivated through the times when things are going well and when you feel like you’ve hit a wall. And we’ll keep you accountable to the only person who matters when it comes to reaching your fitness goals: yourself.

Family Atmosphere

There are hundreds of other gyms you could choose if you want to be another face in the crowd. Here at Jada Blitz, you are family. We want to be your friend, and we want you to help you achieve your goals. We’re here to support you, and we’re here to help you through the good times and the bad. That’s what family does.


Nobody here at Jada Blitz is just punching the clock to collect a paycheck. We have passion for what we do. We’re here because we want to help people change their lives for the better. That is what gets us up in the morning, and we hope that our passion becomes yours as well.
