I became involved in fitness at an early age through participating in organized sports, which continued through my High School years. Football and wrestling were two sports that kept directing me back toward strength and conditioning training. Through learning the basics from my high school coaches, I’ve became addicted to that aspect of fitness ever since. After graduating with Honors and attaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness, I continued my education and earned my Certified Personal Trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Being involved in the fitness industry is extremely gratifying. Working with such a wide variety of individuals, all having unique and specific goals, allows me to use different styles of training in order to help clients reach their goals. Helping them progress and change their lives day by day is amazing to watch and personally satisfying.
