Spinning, Now at Jada Blitz Training

Spinning is the new way to bike…because it’s an exercise you can do all year round and it’s a fun way to torch hundreds of calories in a quick hour class.

Spinning is an indoor cycling, total-body workout for any fitness level. Classes are all at your own pace and you can change up your resistance as frequently as you’d like based on your strength and ability. The rider next to you may be climbing a hill, “stuck in the mud,” while the person behind you might on a flat road, on a leisure ride. Spinning is totally customizable and that’s what makes it the perfect workout for both athletes and fitness newbies.

A little over a month ago, Jada Blitz joined forces with Revolution Indoor Cycling. Rev has one location in Downtown Buffalo and now has its second location in the upstairs room in the Jada Blitz Training studio. Our upstairs room is home to 15 LeMond Revmaster Pro exclusive stationary bikes and 10 TRX bands. The inclusion of both the bands and bikes gives our clients the total body workout they’ve been yearning for.

When it comes to spinning, the instructors make a world of difference. Rev’s spin instructors are exceptionally upbeat and always ready to blast your legs, core and heart rate all the way up, every time, while ensuring all riders have a fun and safe ride. Not to mention, they are also always on top of their music game. If you don’t spin to the proper beat, classes aren’t as motivating as they could be.

There are countless advantages to incorporating a spin class or two every week into your fitness regimen. Here are just a few:

  • Burn on average 500 calories per class
  • Improve cardiovascular health
  • Progress at your own pace
  • Fast-paced, energizing workout
  • Variance in every class—different music, new people, or instructor
  • Low impact, yet highly effective
  • Excellent abdominal workout
  • Sculpt your legs

Rev offers two classes a day in our studio. Find the complete class schedule and stay up-to-date on all of our specials here.
