- 510g Grilled Chicken Breast (cooked & diced)
- 200g Celery (small dice)
- 200g Apple (small dice)
- 56g Pecans (chopped)
- 45g Light Mayo (like Hellman's)
- 50g 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Start by adding the Light Mayo & FF Plain Greek Yogurt to a large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and fold to combine, making sure everything is fully incorporated.
