I started training with Justin at Jada Blitz almost a year and a half ago. Even though I’m also a fitness trainer, I knew I needed an extra push. I can motivate others no problem but when it comes to pushing myself- well, I’m not as great at that! Right from the start Justin knew what I could do better than I did myself! He really puts all of his focus on me during our sessions and doesn’t let me quit. His positivity and encouragement keep me going even when my body doesn’t want to cooperate. This past fall I was injured and was in a boot for about 6 weeks. I never even thought of taking a break from training and neither did Justin. We just worked on my upper body until I was able to train legs again. He’s extremely patient with me- especially when it comes to nutrition! I’m already signed up for the new Body Balance meal program and I can’t wait. I consider myself still a work in progress but I definitely found a home at Jada Blitz with Justin and also Aubree who likes to kick my butt weekly as well!
