Client of the Week – Sondra


I started training at Jada Blitz exactly two years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my first baby. I needed guidance on proper workout techniques to use while pregnant. My goal was to maintain a healthy regimen that helped me reach my fitness goals while also ensuring I wasn’t doing anything to harm my baby girl or my body during the process. I am so happy to say that I was able to workout during almost my entire pregnancy and bounced back super fast! I now understand the value of focusing on fitness during and after pregnancy… my delivery was a breeze and my recovery was easy. I am now in my third trimester with my second baby (a baby boy this time!) and am loving my daily workouts with Dan! He is constantly challenging me, educating me, and helping me document my progress. He has been such an amazing support system and is even motivating me to focus more on pre and post pregnancy fitness (perinatal fitness) for other women as well. I will be pursuing my own certification to help Mothers pursue and maintain their fitness goals all while enjoying a healthy pregnancy and post pregnancy recovery… Just as Dan has done for me. I love the Jada Blitz family and am so grateful for their ongoing comfort and support! Cheers to baby number 2!! 💪🏼
