This weeks shout out goes to Sheridan Conway!!
I’ve always been in pretty good shape but I saw myself gaining weight after I graduated from college. I was unhappy with that and decided it was time to get serious. That’s when I came to Jada Blitz and learned so many new training techniques. My favorite body part to train is my arms. I’ve always wanted to see some real definition in my upper body. What I like most about training at Jada Blitz is that the trainers there are always pushing me further. Just when I think I can’t do 1 more rep or add another plate to the bar, my trainer (Russ) is there to push me farther than I thought I could. Before most of my workouts, I usually eat a protein bar. One attribute I love about Russ, my trainer is that he pushes me harder that I’ve ever pushed myself and for me, that’s all I need to succeed.
