Our shout out this week goes to Jordan Kowalski!
1.) I first came to brett wanting to build muscle and lean out. Going to the gym and solely working out on cardio machines was never a good enough workout for me. I’ve always been active and have played sports in high school and college so it was important to me to find a place where I felt like I was getting a great workout, and also doing a variety of workouts at the same time. Since I’ve started training with brett, he has taught me more about fitness in general, and more importantly how to properly train your body. I’ve gained knowledge about fitness that I did not have before, and now, on days where Im at the gym alone I know what I’m doing and which part of my body I am working out. I have noticed great results in the amount of time that I’ve been here and there is no better feeling than that!
2.) ( no surprise but..) Probably my legs and glutes. I’ve noticed the most changes in my legs and once I’m done with a leg work out with Brett I feel dead.. In a good way!
3.) My favorite aspect about Jada Blitz is probably the atmosphere. It’s a very positive environment and you’re surrounded by people that ultimately want the same thing.
4.) Favorite pre work out: I don’t like feeling full before a work out so usually something quick and small like rice cakes and almonds
Post: chocolate whey protein, almond milk, banana, and a little peanut butter… Best shake ever.
5.) I love that he is always positive no matter what. We all have a lot going on in life but once were at the gym he shuts everything else off and kicks my butt!
