I started at Jada Blitz just about a year ago with Justin. I have always been into working out but never had a personal trainer and someone for guidance. I knew at the time I was going to want to compete in the future. Justin set me up with training and nutrition at that time to prepare my body for a future prep.
Favorite body part
Definitely legs!!! I have a love hate relationship with legs. The burn is so good but after the workouts with Justin I feel so good and like I really pushed myself. He has taught me so much regarding correct body mechanics in all my major lifts.

Pre and post workout meals
My oats for pre-workout are my staple whether I am in prep or not and post workout usually a shake blended with bananas and rice cakes or cereal depending on my macros.

One attribute I love about my trainer is his passion and dedication to his clients. He truly loves what he does and it shows.
Why should someone join jada blitz.
I always tell people who ask me where I train that it is not just a gym for people competing or for people who are in really good shape. Everyone who trains there has the same goal and that’s to be better than they were yesterday. You walk into the gym and you get excited for your workout because everyone who works there is positive and supportive.
