I have always been an active child growing up from dancing since I was age 5 all the way up until I went to college along with being a cheerleader in high school. I could never sit still. When I went to college, I became way less active than I was and it was only after college, I realized that I really needed get back into better shape and be more active like I used to be.
I joined a gym and took the classes that they offered there and instantly fell in love. The instructors were the best around and so motivating and really helped me get myself back on track and fall back in love for fitness. It was within less than a year that I decided I wanted to become a fitness instructor and be apart of the team and make other members feel exactly how I did when I took classes and to feel accomplished with their own fitness journey and goals.
After years of instructing and incorporating my own workouts in the week aside from teaching, I was having a hard time meeting some of the goals I had made for myself, I decided I needed to do something new for myself to get where I wanted to be. My nutrition was not always the best growing up, although I did try hard to make healthy choices I just was not educated enough on nutrition. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. I learned to cook growing up with my family but I didn’t always cook the healthiest of meals but my biggest issue was portion control.
I heard about Jada Blitz from a couple of friends that train there and also work with Justin on nutrition. Their results were absolutely amazing and they had nothing but great things to say about Justin and the entire Jada Blitz team. That is when I realized this is exactly what I needed to give me the jumpstart on my nutrition journey. To have someone to motivate me, guide me in the right direction and push me hard enough to reach my goals but also feel good about myself again.
After talking to Justin about the program, I didn’t even have to think twice about signing up. It has been since June that I have been working with Justin and week after week I am amazed with how far I have come along and the muscle that I have built from being more dedicated and focused on better eating habits. Every week I see changes with my body, feel great in my workouts, have amazing energy and am genuinely more happy than before.
Justin is such an amazing person. I have learned so much through this journey and he has helped me each and every week to get where I want to be. Even if I have a rough week, he has been there with something positive to say to keep me going and get me back on track and has never once made me feel guilty for having that “cheat” meal. Working with Justin has been the best thing I could do for myself and I do not regret my decision at all. I speak very highly of him and Jada Blitz to everyone I know and everywhere I go. Without him, I would not be where I am today and I cannot thank him enough for that.
