Client of the Week


This week Jada Blitz recognizes Chris Hoeflich as our client of the week.

For several years, I have been physically active through volleyball and running. Even with that, I would always feel out of energy and I never really felt like I was in shape. I came to Jada Blitz with my mind set on losing weight, getting into shape, and learning whatever I could to help better myself. Since starting at Jada Blitz, I have learned so much about proper lifting techniques, how to push myself, and most importantly how to eat properly. Looking back, my meals were far from balanced, too infrequent, and consisted of the wrong kinds of food. Now I am able to lose weight, while not starving myself. Another benefit is my energy level is the best it’s been in years.

1.) Why did you choose Jada Blitz as your fitness facility?
My cousin Nick had been going to Jada Blitz for several months. I could see what a difference it had made for him. After talking about his experience with Jada Blitz, I knew that it was the right place for me.

2.) How does your trainer motivate you through a workout?
I train with Adam. Adam is always there to either hand me a heavier weight or push me to finish a set when my body is telling me otherwise. He brings my workout to another level while keeping my form intact.

3.) What is your favorite body part to train and why?
My favorite body part to train is chest. Chest days have always been a big challenge for me, but it’s the part of my body that I have seen the biggest improvement on since day 1.

4.) Do you have a go to jam that gets you pumped for a workout?
I don’t have a specific jam I go to but that the nice thing…the music at Jada Blitz is always more than enough to get me going.

5.) Favorite pre-post workout meal?
My favorite pre-workout meal is a protein shake, cheerios and a banana. Post workout, I typically crave chicken, rice/black beans, and any sort of vegetable.

6.) What is one attribute you love about your trainer?
Apart from pushing me to a new level, I love the knowledge that Adam continues to share with me. I feel confident enough to go to the gym on my own now. I also finally know how to make better decisions about what to eat and when. I definitely could not be seeing the progress that I am without Adam.

7.) Why should someone looking to join a gym come to Jada Blitz?
Jada Blitz is so much more personable than any other gym that I have been to. The atmosphere is always upbeat and everyone there is so knowledgeable. They can give you the tools you need to reach your goals.
