Client of the Week


This week we recognize Jenna Pawarski as Client of the Week! Here is a little bit about Jenna’s story

My fitness journey started about 4 or 5 years ago when I decided I wanted to just lose weight. I joined a gym and got on the elliptical every day for an hour. I had zero experience with weight training. Then I decided maybe I needed to change gyms. That’s when I met my trainer…Stephanie. I followed her when she moved to Jada Blitz. From that point, I was hooked on training with her.

Why did you choose Jada Blitz as your fitness facility?

I chose Jada Blitz because I couldn’t possibly see myself training with anyone other than Steph. She’s the perfect mix of everything I needed. Once I move to Jada Blitz I could see why she loved it there. Every single person was so fun to be around and so knowledgeable.

How does your trainer motivate you through a workout?

Steph motivates me in more than one way; before, during, and after a workout. The fact that she has such a passion for what she does and loves to pass along what she has learned and experienced on her own journey makes her very easy to relate to. She is also always next to you letting you know you haven’t reached your best yet but you will get there…always motivating. Steph has really helped with with my running. I always wanted to be a runner but could barely survive doing sprints let alone run a mile. It was hard but every step of the way, Steph was there; telling me she knew I could do it…pushing me harder and even turning the treadmill up a little faster. But I reached my mile!!

What is your favorite body part to train?

My favorite part to train is legs. I think I like it most because of the feeling afterwards…pure accomplishment.

Do you have a go to jam that gets you pumped for a workout?

I like anything upbeat from Florence and the Machine. It always sets the perfect pace for me.

What is one attribute you love about your trainer?

Honestly I don’t think there is one thing I don’t like about Steph. She is there for you when you need her, not only as a trainer but as a friend. She’s always a little mix of fun and crazy, but at the same time, down to earth and definitely knows how to brighten your day.

Why should someone looking for a gym come to Jada Blitz?

I think people should come to Jada Blitz because it really is just a great place. The facility is always adding new things and specials to entice all demographics to come in. It is such a great atmosphere. You can ask any of the staff for help and they are there to provide it. From the trainers, to the staff, to the members, everyone is there looking to attain the same goal; to better themselves. Jada Blitz has just the right vibe to accomplish that!
