This weeks shout out goes to Brian Duke!! Here is a little bit about Brian’s fitness journey
I had some serious health issues that were a wake up call for me. I realized that if I didn’t do something, it would only get worse. One of my friends had a trainer at Jada Blitz and was having great success, so I decided to give it a try. It’s been two and a half months and I feel healthier and stronger than I have in a long time.
My favorite body part to train is my back because I can feel the results. I also see the results in my day to day activity.
My favorite aspect about training at Jada Blitz is how welcoming everyone is at the gym. They are all so supportive of me and how far I’ve come. It doesn’t matter what shape you’re in; everyone is friendly and committed to helping you reach your fitness goals.
My favorite pre-workout meal is tuna fish and raw vegetables. My favorite post workout meal would be a chocolate whey protein shake blended with a banana.
My favorite thing about my trainer, Adam, is that he is able to keep me motivated. He also makes the workouts fun, yet still challenging.
