Let’s GO Buffalo! Looking for a recipe that is real crowd pleaser? This is it. These meatballs can easily be served as sliders, or prepped for the week to help you stay on plan. However you serve them up, I’m sure you will agree they are DELICIOUS!
32oz. Ground 94/6 Turkey
119g Egg Beaters
100g Celery (small dice)
35g Green onion (thin sliced)
60g Seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs
1tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
3/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except for the Franks Hot Sauce). Distribute the mixture evenly to make 24 meatballs, placing them on a baking sheet that has been coated in non-stick spray.
Bake for 12 minutes – this will sear the meatballs and help them retain moisture. You can now add your cooked meatballs to a crock pot and top with Franks Hot Sauce. They can stay on LOW for up to 2 hours.
For added Buffalo Flavor, when you serve the Buffalo Style Turkey Meatballs, toss them in Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce and top with your favorite Blue Cheese Dressing!
