Mix cottage cheese, egg whites, protein powder, and a pinch of baking powder in a mixing bowl. Pour into a skillet and cook on medium heat until light and fluffy.

Top them off with strawberries/strawberry jam, apple pie filling or fresh apples, and fat free reddi whip.
