How it works:2018 is YOUR year for change and our team at Jada Blitz Training is ready to welcome you into our family for our very first journey together in “CHALLENGE YOURSELF”. This 12-week program has been designed to educate and guide you into a long term lifestyle change in fitness, nutrition, self-accountability and personal health.
Through guidance with your personal coach, mandatory weekly group classes, and one on one training, you will work toward achieving your personalized goal while being provided the tools and resources to get you there.

Participants will receive:
- ONE 30 minute personal training session per week with an assigned coach
- MUST attend a mandatory TWO classes per week
- THREE free InBody scans
- Personalized nutritional guidance
- Jada Blitz booklet with weekly training logs, nutritional guidelines, personal notes
- 10% off Balanced Body meals
- InBody measurements every 2nd Saturday of the month
- This is a body composition change challenge.
- A male AND female winner will be announced at the end of the challenge, based upon who undergoes the MOST change with their body composition based on their InBody results!
